This letter is in regards to Dale Brown.

We had a problem with our basement and in trying to find an answer for our problem we came across Dale. Dale was kind enough to come out and look at our new house and give us the advice we were looking for. His knowledge of homes and being very thorough with our house gave us the confidence we needed when it came to trusting someone. He was kind enough to give us a written report of his fmdings which made it that much easier to understand. Any questions we had were honestly answered by him. Our next house for sure, will have Dale going through it before we purchase! I highly recommend Dale for any inspection job that needs to be done.
