My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your services regarding the shoddy workmanship on the re-shingling of our residence. Your prompt response to inspecting our roof and your guidance on how to deal with the contractor was greatly appreciated.

It was important to us to have you present when we were meeting the contractor to go over the areas that were deemed inadequate or not even fulfilled/completed according to the signed contract. The fact that you supported us in our issues about the missing ice and water shields and the damages to the siding and eaves troughs was a factor in getting the contractor to make good on the clean-up and repairs.
