To protect and serve my customers by delivering a prompt, thorough and professional inspection of the building for a reasonable price.

I am a member in good standing of the following organization:

National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)

Other Associations: ProLab - Indoor air quality and mold  

Inspections are conducted in accordance with NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of these are provided at the beginning of the inspection and are also available at my office or available for download from the Standards of Practice page of my website. Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between you, the client, and me, the inspector.
